Fear-No-More: Muladhara Camel Mala
This is part of a a series of animal malas, or totem malas. Animals are naturally contemplative and if we relate to them correctly we can learn to be contemplative ourselves.
This mala is inspired by Fear No More Zoo, where humanity is sensitive to and respectful of the sacred nature of all life. Fear-No-More Zoo is an enjoyable and unique environment where all can learn about our sacred connection to the natural world. Non-human residents at these sanctuaries include a herd of Bactrian camels, horses, llamas, and more. These non-humans live in a conscious, sacred circumstance where they are free to live their lives in safety and love.
Adi Da Samraj speaks about Fear-No-More Zoo: Living things are there being without fear, human beings without fear, all beings without fear. Fear-No-More is a Sacred Place. It awakens compassion for all living beings, just being down there.
Adi Da Samraj speaks about non-humans:The non-humans are, by their very nature, innately extended in the Field of Transcendental Contemplation. Fundamentally, as an innate characteristic, they Stand Prior to mind. In that sense, the non-humans are (to some degree) already Free.
About this mala:
This mala is made with glossy black obsidian beads, silver spacer beads and a unique black stone camel pendant. Obsidian is volcanic glass that forms when lava cools quickly, giving it a smooth, glassy texture. Obsidian is considered a strong protective stone that is believed to shield against negative energy. It is connected to the root chakra (Muladhara), helping anchor and stabilize the mind during meditation. Also used to help process grief.
