Nalu Lele: Dragonfly Mala

This mala has natural “pink” (white with a very light tint of blush pink) aventurine gemstones, turquoise rondelle beads, an abstract dragonfly pendant and a purple tassel.

Nalu lele means the power to fly in Hawaiian as shown on an informational sign at the Kealia Pond National Refuge. Kealia is close to my heart because it is a refuge for native birds that are otherwise crowded out by humans. I have seen a few dragonflys at Kealia Pond National Refuge. Each sighting has been dragonflys mating in mid-air in strong winds.
