Fear No More: Gnosticon Mala
This mala is inspired by the graceful, contemplative camels at Fear No More Zoo in Northern California, specifically for a camel named Gnosticon who exudes the full depth of feeling.
Gnosticon is a very peculiar camel, shy and reserved a bit like his mother. He can show confidence when he wants to receive pettings and brushings though. He enjoys the wandering lifestyle of a camel and like the other members of the herd is deeply satisfied and happy. The depth full feeling that is exuding from Gnosticon is incredible and incredibly peaceful as well.
About this mala:
This mala is made with light gray agate beads and a black stone camel pendant as a guru bead. Agate stones are banded in stripes or layers and occur in many varieties. These are grounding stones with a connection to earth energies. Agate stones raise our consciousness and link into the collective consciousness of humankind and the universe’s benevolent wisdom. Emotionally these gemstones help us let go of negative feelings towards others, foster love, and the courage to start again after a traumatic emotional experience or a period of grief.
These qualities remind us of Gnosticon’s full depth of feeling and his happy wanderings. For those of use who are peculiar and shy (that’s me!) we can learn from Gnosticon to show confidence when we move into a deeply satisfied and happy state.
